We recently completed some essential maintenance works for our client at Cemex in Rugby. The works involved the construction of a new access track across an existing CKD (Cement Kiln Dust) storage area to allow the maintenance team access to the sites pumping station.
As part of the works we also replaced the cut off drain which captures any contaminated run off from the storage area ensuring that the adjacent river Avon is not polluted.
