Fishwicks Trade and Industrial Park is located in a prominent main road location in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Greater Manchester.

Our works for William Fishwick & Son Ltd. Consisted of the demolition of the existing structure, followed by alterations, and the construction of 10 modern steel portal frame Trade Counter Industrial units and loading/car parking areas. The works were carried out over two phases, plus more works were completed following this scheme.
