Several years after Askam was established we moved into this area of work starting with the refurbishment of a Job Centre over a Christmas break, Cicely Commercials the Mercedes garage and Grahams Mercedes of Chorley, several HM Prisons projects then the largest we undertook was the division of offices and conversion of garages to offices for North West Water and Norweb into United Utilities Head Office at Bolton. Refurbishment on-going works has been housing stock for Lancaster City Council - always very challenging but interesting.
