Askam Construction was founded on Civil Engineering projects and can undertake projects of many different types that fall under this category work due to our extensive knowledge and experience in this area. Interesting projects have included the refurbishment of St. Annes Square for Manchester City Council, the construction of a new chapel at Hindley Prison, the dismantling, moving and re-build of a Roman bridge for Lancashire County Council, the cut-out of an atrium of a 6 storey office block which was being converted into residential units, and latterly our most prestigious project, Turning the Place Over in the centre of Liverpool which is a landmark building designed by Richard Wilson.
