As Askam clients have found - due to having two distinct divisions within the company, building and civil engineering, and our own work force we can offer the facility of all below ground work being done by the Civil's Division and above by the Building Division. This enables the client to have all the work done and carried out by one point of contact which is always an asset and gives the client the comfort he needs to know he can relate any ideas or suggestions to the Site Manager/Project Manager. Our company, J. Parkinson & Sons being the oldest traditional builders in the Lancaster, area can lay claim to having built the great majority of houses in and around Lancaster - hence, our house building skills are renowned.
