The following are the current vacancies available within Askam Construction Ltd:

Building Quantity Surveyor: This is a challenging role working within a number of sectors including residential developments, education, healthcare and private commercial projects ranging between £200,000 to £6 million. Ideally with 5 years experience, duties include pre and post contract work, valuations, cost monitoring and final accounts.

Site Managers: Managers of all levels of experience. Site Manager and CSCS accreditation a necessity. The role requires flexibility and good man management skills, both with sub-contractors and direct labour.

Trades Working Foremen: Must have CSCS accreditation.
