Tennis Centre
	Client - Steve Welti Tennis Location - Shrewsbury Project - Construction of an all new steel framed and cladded Tennis, Leisure and Fitness centre with numerous indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Dennison Trailers
	Client - Dennison Trailers Location - Lancaster Project - Construction of a 2 bay extension to the existing steel portal frame factory and a 2 storey office extension building located at the front of the factory

Lakeside Hotel
	Client - Lakeside Hotel Location - Newby Bridge, Lake District Project - Construction of underground swimming pool and leisure complex and refurbishment to existing hotel

Cartmel Racecourse
	Client - Cartmel Steeplechase Location - Cark-In-Cartmel, Cumbria Project - Demolition of the existing grandstand at the racecourse and the construction of an all new replacement grandstand

PC World
	Client - Global Business Development Ltd Location - Barrow Project - Single storey portal framed building with associated car parking and service yard, below ground drainage and associated landscaping

Buckmore Park
	Client - Buckmore Park Karting Location - Kent Project - This project involved the design and build of a new 2 storey steel framed and metal cladded club house positioned next to the track
